Terms & Conditions – reLAX Elite Lacrosse

By booking a session, clinic, or programme with reLAX Elite Lacrosse, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payment

• All sessions, clinics, and programmes must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

• A place is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the clinic or programme start date

• 50% refund if cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours before the start date

• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the start date

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Attendance

• Players are expected to arrive on time and ready to train.

• Missed sessions within a programme are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Player Responsibility

• Players participate at their own risk.

• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that the player is physically fit to take part.

Medical Information

• All relevant medical information must be disclosed during the registration process.

• reLAX Elite Lacrosse reserves the right to refuse participation if sufficient medical information is not provided.

Photography & Media

• By attending sessions, players may be included in photos or videos for promotional use.

• If you do not wish for your child to be included, please notify us in writing.

Cancellations by reLAX

• In the event that a session or clinic is cancelled by reLAX Elite Lacrosse (e.g. weather, facility issues, unforeseen circumstances), a full refund or alternative session will be offered.

Liability

• reLAX Elite Lacrosse and its coaches are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during sessions, except where required by law.
